I, Asghar Akbary Balaei ,was born on 1968 . I am interested in research and development in field of power production systems and transmission based on high efficiency. By observing the lack of traction at tractors, I have designed and invented a system to establish traction ,so it is registered at USPTO (United States Patents and Trademarks Office). All ideas are based on maximum efficiency from energy and materials, protection of environment, deducting the charges of production and reducing the charges of protection.

Ideas

 

1- Organic

The idea about combating plant pests in a completely organic way and I would like to have it studied and investigated scientifically and practically by an organic agricultural research center.
The basis of this idea is the use of completely natural materials to control and combat insects such as mites and aphids and some pests of trees and plants.
I have several years of experience in gardening and this idea has been used in two practical experiments and has yielded positive and satisfactory results.

 

2- IVT (Infinitely Variable Transmission)

A new idea in the field of power transmission systems that can be used and implemented for all motor vehicles and other power transmission systems.

Relative advantage of the system:

High efficiency.

Reduced fuel consumption and environmental protection.

Torque transmission from low to very high.

Reduced dimensions and weight.

Reduced production costs due to the use of fewer parts.

Reduced maintenance costs due to less wear and tear of parts.

Idea for a new data transmission product. This product has a market of more than 100 million units. This idea is patentable.

My motivation for presenting these ideas and suggestions is faster commercialization.

Increasing System of Tractor Traction

This invention is, an controlling mechanical system , for increasing the force of traction and also increase of efficiency of tractors , some aid and development machines (briefly tractor) which are working in agricultural lands, icy and steep surfaces (briefly off road) . This system is installed besides motivate wheels and is composed of fixed and motive elements. Whenever the motive wheel of tractor which is equipped to this system , slips in it’s place  ,this system will enter to the circuit with a driver’s control or an intelligent plan to prevents slip and cause the increased traction, so tractor moves , by establishing a  temporary , strong, artificial tread and also continually and controllable traction and friction between wheel and surface .
This system and set are designed to increase the quality of touch and friction between motive wheels and the surface of ground , to control the slip of motive wheels and finally increasing traction of tractors and those machinery which have the capacity of installation of this system .The main factor to reduce or lose traction in tractors and other pullers is slip of motive wheels and the most effective way to optimize the traction efficiency and other pullers is to control the slip of wheels. There are some ways to control slip and to improve the touching surface of the motive wheel and ground as following:
1-To increase vertical stress on the axle and motive wheel by use of  heavy- makers.
2-To increase quantity and size of touching surface of the motive wheels with ground which are different.
3-To increase the quality of touching surface of motive wheel with ground .
The subject of increasing quality of touching surface is base of this invention .Now, by considering the importance of wheel contact with ground and traction output to increase it’s amount and stability in real conditions and briefly to increase the efficiency and controlling the slip of tractor motive wheels in tractor’s traction of increasing system, is considered .
With the presence of tractors in fields and working in real conditions and reducing the traction because of slip of wheels , designers and makers have been performed different ways . By increase in power of motor of tractors , the traction output is one of  important subject. In recent decades ,different plans have been provided which the most important of them are as follow:
1-Adding weight or heavy maker to establish vertical stress to motive axle .
2-Increasing motive axle from 1 to 2 motive axle approximately in majority of products to increase the contact surface .
3-Increasing the number of wheels of motive axle  to 2 or 3 in each side of axle to increase the contact surface.
4-Using a track to increase the contact surface .
5-Reducing temporary internal air pressure of wheel to increase the contact surface.
In spite of proficiency and efficiency of these plans which are made they are facing with their limitations which can address to increase of fuel consume ,increase of tires amortization , increase of production cost and cost of repair and maintenance .The output of tractors’ traction is announced 70% . It is when  tests is done with  new tires and if it is done with old tires ,the reduce of traction output will be shown.
Manner of Performance:
This system is installed besides motive wheels and is composed of fixed and motive parts. Fixed part is joint to the scale of external axle from differential gear and from one metal sheet as base which hydraulic jack(s) are screwed to it and one metal piece in form of semi circle or leading which is joint to the end of external shaft of jacks . The force of hydraulic tap of tractor ,is controlled manually or by an intelligent electronic system .The duty of these jacks are to move lead vertically toward ground surface and vice versa .
The motive part is joint and fastened to external axle from differential gear or to motive ring. The motive part is consist of a strong metal sheet in a regular geometric form with diameter less than the wheel’s diameter . Over this sheet , about 4-16 or more numbers of shafts or blade are screwed with bosh or holder , to the metal sheet. The section surface of blades and holders have the same size and are in rectangle or circle form and /or one of geometric figures. These  blades can have go and return movement in the holders . In top /head of each blade a  small wheel is installed ,to work easily whenever contact with leading piece and also a tension spring such as plot or if possible a pulling spring is used ,with suitable force for returning blades to the initial state .Other head of blade is angular for sinking with lower force in the ground .
Whenever the motive wheel of tractor or puller which are equipped with this system , start to slip and it’s advance speed reduces or stops with control of driver or an intelligent electronic system ,first the hydraulic tap will open and hydraulic fluid enters jacks with high pressure by a pipe and shaft of jacks together with leading piece joint to them ,move toward ground surface , leading piece transfers this pressure to a small wheel and then to the blade in motive part and the blade moves forward ground and enters to the ground/earth from side of wheel. At this time a strong joint happens with wheel and also motive part, the blades also touch  the lead frequently and sinks to the ground so, a strong continues  joint is established that faces to slipping of wheel and the improving speed  is continued .  By turn of wheel and exit of blade from the ground , and end of contact with leading piece ,blades also return to the initial position with saved force in springs .
Important Points:
Blades should be parallel with supposed sheet of wheels , but can be vertical or diagonal ,and their number should be designed suitable in such a way that one blade be in the ground forever ,until traction be continuous.
Using steel and suitable alloy , calculating the size and dimensions of elements cause high extraordinary  efficacy and long life of system .   
The Increasing traction system should be joint to the automate hydraulic traction control system of tractor to be safe and protect motor and system of transmission .
Economical and Technical Benefits:
1-Increasing traction output of tractor because of controlling and reducing the slip of motive wheels .
2-To control time of  traction with activating or non activating the system.
3-Controlling the amount and size of  increasing traction with adjusting the move of shaft of jacks.
4-Increasing the value of product because of using this system based on efficiency.
5-Increasing the tendency of product because of using this system based on efficiency and more sales.
6-Decreasing size of wheels ,because by this system can establish traction the same as bigger wheels.
7-With reducing treads and increasing slip of wheels , the established traction by wheels will be reduced gradually ,but with installing this system the rate of traction is changed. So, tires will have more life about 100% and reduces the cost of maintenance.
8-This system can be used and installed on all present tractors and pullers and there is no need for initial design for tractors.
9-Removing differential gear or front axle in some tractors and pullers, because rear axle will make enough traction with this traction system and cost of production reduces.
10-Reduction of wheels in heavy tractors in order to increase the traction of wheels in 2 or 3 numbers which are joint, into one wheel and decrease cost of production and also reduces the cost of maintenance.
11-Removing track in some track tractors and using common wheels with this system and reduction of cost of production.
12-Control of wheel’s slip and so lower erosion and more life of tire and decrease of cost of maintenance.
13-Decrease of fuel consumption because of controlling the slip of wheel and reduction of cost of maintenance.
14-Reduction or omission of weight from the wheels or front of tractors which increases the installed traction and decreases the cost of production.
15-Time efficiency: slip of wheels waste the emphasized time , and also in a rainy day and when soil is slippery , the tractors’ work will reduce with these systems but, by installing this system can benefit from time of planting and harvesting so the result is economical efficiency .
16-some of systems of increasing traction can be used only in one area or faces difficulty in  moving at public passages but it has a flexible and controllable feature in order to figure out this problem.
17-Some of traction systems need considerable time and human force and device for being  activate or non activate , but this system can be active or  non active automatically or by driver during 1-3 seconds so is efficiency of time and economy.
18-This system is made without any consumption element and the life of work is equal with tractor, therefore the cost of maintenance is reduced. 
19-The cost of purchase and installing of system is so lower than some of common systems  and is economical efficiency.
20-Protection from environment because of reduction of fuel consumption with controlling the slip of wheel and extraordinary reduction of wheel usage, because of lower erosion and longer life and also reduction of number of wheels in a tractor. so, the result is lower use of energy and materials and finally reduction of irreversible materials.
